progress report

One third of the way done on the rewrite. I hope to reach the midpoint by Friday, but I'm at that "omg, when will i sleep" stage right now with my life.

Status

Still in rewrite. I better stop calling it a ghost story, since he's more of a monster than a ghost. Anyways, I apologize to everyone who got the first draft. Going back over it, I realize how much it sucks donkey dick. I'll send you the rewrite later, if you're still interested in being a first-reader.

FYIAD

Since I 'finished' the 'first draft' of the 'ghost story,' I've been taking a mini vacation to read and listen to fiction podcasts. When I start the rewrite tomorrow, I'll be taking a vacation from reading/listening entertaining things. (This scheme was inspired by Jeff DeRego's interview on SciFiDig...) Therefore, I am trying to cram in as many podcasts and bits of short fiction as possible. Tomorrow, I officially start the rewrite, and I hope to have the story more fleshed out and with better characterization by the 7th or 8th.
